[Remote] SAP Finance (Funds Management) SME

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the US federal government through technology and innovation. The SAP Finance SME will be responsible for migrating capabilities from existing SAP ECC systems to a new SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements and managing complex test efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
  • Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
  • Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
  • Business process design and system analysis
  • Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
  • Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
  • Decomposes requirements and conducts complex and interactive solutioning workshops
  • Offers short-term and long-term strategies aligned with client’s key strategic goals and developing road map tactical roadmaps

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP Finance
  • SAP Public Sector Finance subject matter expertise in the Funds Management (FM) module and understand its integration with other finance-related modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting
  • Current SAFe Certification or willingness to achieve one within the first 60 days of employment
  • US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Understanding of Agile project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
