[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EBQ is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide training and ongoing support to clients using Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration and effective use of Salesforce to meet client needs while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Gather client’s business requirements and transform these into technical requirements for Salesforce design Leverage Salesforce best practices to minimize the need for custom development Write technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating procedures Accurately execute training modules with EBQ customers Audit Salesforce and provide detailed plan to optimize configuration Identify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner Effectively migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizations Work with EBQ’s customers to understand their unique business needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirements Develop relationships with clients and confidently demonstrate business process expertise when advising client executives and stakeholders Create and manage custom field and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needs Manipulate data and import into Salesforce using various ETL tools Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements to EBQ’s clients Effectively manage task within EBQ’s project management system Retain and accurately apply the training and direction received from management Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor Adhere to company policies and values Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients Perform other duties as assigned Skills Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills Understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture Salesforce Administrator Certification 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce admin Strong customer service and organizational skills Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel Process-oriented High attention to detail Online screen sharing tools such as RingCentral Meetings, WebEx, GoToMeeting, or Join.Me Knowledge of SQL or SOQL Additional preferred Salesforce certifications Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist Business analyst and/or sales experience Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise organizations Experience working with Non-Profit organizations Understand or experience in release management and software development lifecycle Company Overview EBQ is an outsourced sales and marketing organization, providing services to software and technology companies.
