[Remote] Sales Director - Digital Transformation

They are seeking an experienced Sales Director for their Consulting and Digital Transformation line of business to grow new pipeline and develop sales strategies in the airline, hospitality, and travel space. Responsibilities Responsible for identifying and closing new deals in the consulting and digital transformation services Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors and initiate conversations with decision makers Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Work on building pipeline, defining marketing content and promoting them Be the face of IBS to the market and help position IBS as an industry leader and trusted advisor for clients of focus Leverage the IBS ecosystem of capabilities across digital innovation, domain experience and delivery excellence to develop solutions that address the client’s business problems Strong in communication and storytelling and have a minimum of 3-5 years working in Digital transformation with a restless creative, innovative mindset and the ability to understand business and customer needs using the leading trends in the industry, market, and technology Innovative mindset behind developing new platform solutions based on market research Skills Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution 10+ years of experience, with strong selling capability in consulting and digital transformation services Understanding of Global Delivery Model and large deal experience Track record of engaging and building relationship with senior leaders, CXOs of client organization Hands-on experience with proposal creation, crafting solutions and leading proposal presentation, marketing Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required. Must hold a valid passport This position requires 50% to 75% travel within the Americas Region (North America and South America).
