Responsibilities Build and maintain meaningful relationships with a designated group of elite physicians who can be key collaborators Leverage these relationships to develop connections across the physicians’ institutions and with other providers and staff Ensure physicians are informed about [Company Name]’s clinical development work and understand the potential for the lead molecule as a therapy in indications of interest Identify areas for scientific collaboration and work with other team members to evaluate and execute these partnerships Following approval, develop and execute strategies to encourage prescription of the lead molecule for appropriate patients, owning outcomes from key accounts Attend conferences and other meetings to represent [Company Name] and engage with physicians Remain up-to-date on relevant science and drug development landscape Skills Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field required Resourceful, nimble, and entrepreneurial with a strong results orientation Able to travel >50% of the time MD or PhD preferred Experience engaging with physicians preferred Experience in sales/business development at a high growth technology company preferred Company Overview Mural Group is a multi-stage recruiting firm built by industry leading recruiting and staffing experts.
