Responsibilities Serve as a part-time Sales Representative and key contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction Interact with clients and associates, providing timely, professional, and courteous support Share financial knowledge and educate on business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning Develop customized financial plans, guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning Grow account value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintain high client satisfaction NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking Skills 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen Pass a background check Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship management skills Must have or obtain within first 2 weeks a Life Producer license Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries Experience or aptitude for identifying expansion opportunities Preferred backgrounds include customer service, leadership, and management Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete backgrounds are a great fit, but not required!
