[Remote] Project/Program Manager (5816)

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to support the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) Travel Operations Management Support Services program. This role will oversee operational support activities related to DoD lodging and travel programs, including program management, stakeholder coordination, data analysis oversight, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day contract operations supporting DTMO lodging and travel initiatives Develop and maintain project plans, project charters, schedules, and scope documentation Coordinate with Government stakeholders to track deliverables, risks, action items, and performance metrics Analyze operational trends and recommend lodging program enhancements and process improvements Support strategic planning efforts related to travel and lodging operations Oversee staff performance, workload management, and quality assurance activities Develop executive-level briefings, dashboards, and status reports Assist with change management activities and implementation of industry best practices Support marketing and outreach efforts related to lodging program initiatives Ensure continuity of operations and timely response to customer requirements Skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 8 years of hospitality industry and management experience Experience developing project plans, schedules, and operational documentation Strong understanding of lodging program management and hospitality industry best practices Experience identifying operational trends and recommending program improvements Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Experience supporting Government travel or lodging programs Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Sabre and/or Worldspan Experience supporting online booking tools and Ticket Management Systems (TMS) Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting products PMP certification preferred Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government customers preferred Benefits We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package The opportunity to take part in exciting projects with government and commercial clients, both domestic and international Company Overview Bennett Aerospace is an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business specializing in providing professional Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA), Research & Development (R&D), Professional, Technical, and Administrative support services to federal government agencies and programs.
