The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring project health, transparency, and effective communication between various departments while further developing project management processes. Responsibilities Project Planning and Organization Create and update project plans and ensure its feasibility through project management ceremonies Resource Management Budget, Time and Resource awareness in a Product development environment Risk Management Identify potential project risks, develop and execute strategies to mitigate impact and / or probability Process Optimization Implement and improve project management methods and processes Monitoring Project Progress Track progress and objectives to ensure the project stays on schedule and within healthy boundaries Skills Several years of experience in project management, ideally in game development or a related industry designing and developing products Self-organized and a hunt and gather type of personality You know what you need to function and what you need to have your project function You have a confident and authentic appearance in how you approach your environment You can explain the whats, hows and whys of what you deem necessary Profound knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban), waterfall planning and common project management tools Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Excel and other project management software Excellent organizational skills and strong risk management capabilities Leadership qualities with experience in team management and employee development Excellent communication skills in English and German, both spoken and written Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to tackle challenges efficiently A degree in project management or a related field is beneficial Passion for games, projects and an understanding of game development processes cross departments Certifications in project management, such as PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualifications Experience in implementing project management standards and processes within a company Benefits A welcoming and vibrant office fostering creativity and collaboration.
