The role involves developing strategic programmatic recommendations, managing campaign development across various platforms, and ensuring high-quality execution while collaborating with internal and external teams. Responsibilities Work hand in hand with the national team to ensure client demands are met and expectations are exceeded. This role is accountable for delivering all client materials to the highest standard and on schedule Craft and present best-in-class insight reports that merge campaign performance with real business challenges, providing a clear narrative with 2045 campaign data Contribute to business growth by identifying incremental opportunities, through analysis of past campaign performance and market trends Manage all stages of the programmatic campaign workflow, including initial setup, campaign download to the trader, ongoing performance monitoring, and post-campaign reporting Proactively address any issues that arise during campaigns to ensure a smooth execution Efficiently manage multiple campaigns, reports, timelines, and priorities simultaneously Serve as the key liaison between the client and webmaster to ensure the timely creation and successful implementation of pixels prior to campaign launch Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to collaboratively find solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals, KPI benchmarks, budget allocations and strategy for impactful results Work with traders to identify campaign insights, trends and develop optimization strategies Act as the programmatic and paid social account lead, effectively communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams Keep clients informed and engaged through transparent campaign updates, POVs (Point of Views) and optimization notes Adapt communication style to effectively influence and drive positive outcomes Proactively seek opportunities to manage and exceed client expectations and enhance their experience Strategize with seller in pre and post sales process to grow and develop existing client business and work alongside sales to win net new business Acting with curiosity.
