[Remote] Program Analyst - Part Time

They are seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide programmatic and financial support to the U.S. Navy's in-service ships and engineering programs, focusing on scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining program management tools utilized for scheduling, budgeting, resource management and project status Assisting with data calls and compiling technical updates into reports and visual aids Providing meeting support, including tracking action items, briefing stakeholders on program status Creating Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms) Interpret technical data/information to determine applicability and importance of information for required database entries Track data/information within the database, as well as providing action item tracking for engineering programs Provide program coordination and facilitation within the program engineering teams Document formatting and editing Development of presentation materials Skills Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
