LinkedIn is seeking experienced product operations managers and portfolio operations leads for a project focused on their AI Marketplace. The role involves participating in a one-time, paid video interview to explain real-world workflows related to product operations and governance. Responsibilities Maintaining roadmap systems, planning cadences, status reporting, and portfolio review artifacts Coordinating OKR planning, dependency tracking, capacity views, and cross-functional forums Running stakeholder communication cadences and documenting decision rationale Supporting re-planning, re-baselining, portfolio rationalisation, and governance reporting Explaining workflows specifically within roadmap tooling, prioritisation operations, stakeholder alignment cadences, tracking, re-planning, portfolio review, and rationalisation support workflows Skills 6+ years in product operations, portfolio operations, business operations, or product planning operations Direct, hands-on experience in roadmap tooling, prioritisation operations, stakeholder alignment cadences, tracking, re-planning, portfolio review, and rationalisation support workflows Experience making or influencing decisions related to cadence design, reporting fidelity, dependency visibility, escalation paths, governance artifacts, and operating-system improvements Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards, OKR tools Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow Benefits Remote Participants will be paid for completing a recorded AI-led video interview Participants will control their own schedule May participate in other opportunities as they choose Company Overview LinkedIn is a professional networking site that allows users to create business connections, search for jobs, and find potential clients.
