The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while also providing user support and ensuring platform governance. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate (cloud flows, process automation) Support and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient solutions Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing apps, flows, and reports Provide day-to-day support for Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate users Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution Help users adopt best practices for low-code solutions Create simple documentation and provide guidance/training as needed Administer the Power Platform environment Manage Environments (Dev/Test/Prod), Gateways and Roles, permissions, and access controls Monitor platform usage, performance, and health Ensure compliance with organizational governance and security standards Support ALM (application lifecycle management) and release processes Skills Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI (report support and development) Experience with Power Platform administration (environments, DLP, governance) Proven ability to support users in a production environment Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) Strong customer-first mindset Excellent communication (technical and business) Self-driven and able to manage priorities independently Proactive problem-solver focused on user success Administer the Power Platform environment Manage Environments (Dev/Test/Prod), Gateways and Roles, permissions, and access controls Monitor platform usage, performance, and health Ensure compliance with organizational governance and security standards Support ALM (application lifecycle management) and release processes Experience with Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps Knowledge of ALM and solution deployment strategies Understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) and role-based access control Experience in enterprise or compliance-driven environments Benefits Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) A 401(k) plan Competitive compensation Company Overview V-Soft Consulting, an innovative corporation specializing in Information Technology consulting; including staffing, digital, and infrastructure solutions.
