Ottimate is seeking a highly motivated MBA intern to work directly with the Chief Payments Officer on strategic initiatives that leverage Artificial Intelligence to transform how a modern Payments organization operates. The selected candidate will be responsible for building scalable solutions that reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and create long-term organizational leverage during an 8-week engagement. Responsibilities Build an AI-powered Payments Knowledge Assistant for internal teams Develop AI playbooks for customer onboarding and VendorPay adoption Create an intelligent SOP and documentation framework Design decision-support tools for Payment Operations leadership Map operational processes and identify automation opportunities Develop AI workflows that reduce repetitive manual work Build executive dashboards and strategic reporting tools Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend implementation strategies Skills Currently pursuing an MBA (or similar graduate business degree) Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and business transformation Experience using Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems Strong communication and presentation skills Process mapping and workflow optimization experience Comfort working with data and operational metrics Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution Prompt engineering No-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) Power BI, Tableau, or Looker SQL or Python (helpful but not required) Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS Company Overview Ottimate is a software tool that offers industry-customizable AP automation solutions for restaurants, healthcare, and construction.
