Responsibilities Own enterprise OTB campaign creation, sending, and performance reporting for aesthetics and audiology accounts Support Senior Marketing Managers in email campaigns and lifecycle funnel experiments for new and existing practice partners Customize and update sales and patient-facing assets (decks, one-pagers, co-branded materials) by vertical Execute ongoing utilization outreach programs to drive funded volume across enterprise partners Support activation and onboarding marketing for new verticals (e.g., cosmetic dental) as the business expands Own execution of patient-facing tools and educational materials requested by practices and reps — a high-volume, high-demand area Support borrower communication flows including repeat and expired patient outreach Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns for patient audiences Serve as the team's primary cross-functional project manager — keeping campaigns on track and stakeholders aligned Support rep enablement by coordinating materials, tracking requests, and managing quick-turn delivery Manage promotion fulfillment, swag management, and in-field print oversight Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, sales enablement requests, field event coordination, and operational execution as needed Manage creative rounds with designers and contractors — briefing work, tracking feedback, and driving assets to final completion Translate team feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative partners Keep creative projects moving without losing quality or missing deadlines Act as a final quality-control checkpoint across campaigns and communications — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and polished execution before anything goes to market Pull campaign results and compile performance data across programs and verticals Maintain tracking spreadsheets and reporting frameworks for the team Share results with team members and sales reps on a regular cadence Build and maintain internal data hubs (stats, citations, benchmarks) and keep resource and commercial hubs current Support high-volume content production, including blog content and management of AI writing tools Help implement and maintain systems that make the team faster and more consistent Skills 3–5+ years of marketing experience in an execution-focused role, ideally at a startup, agency, or high-growth company Strong project management skills — you can manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously without things falling apart Excellent written communication and proofreading ability; you catch mistakes others miss Experience executing email marketing programs including list management, campaign deployment, and performance reporting Comfort working with data — pulling reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and presenting results clearly Experience coordinating with designers or creative contractors to manage feedback and drive deliverables to completion Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of owning work end-to-end in a fast-paced environment A collaborative, low-ego approach — this team wins together, and we value a highly collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality Ability to prioritize across multiple fast-moving requests and stakeholders — while maintaining strong attention to detail Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or fintech Familiarity with patient financing, elective procedures, aesthetics, or practice marketing Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI content tools Background in both B2B (practice-facing) and B2C (patient-facing) marketing Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials and quick-turn requests Company Overview PatientFi is a financial services company that helps patients to access current health, beauty, and wellness treatments.
