[Remote] Marketing Manager

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IMCS Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize marketing channels and strategies. The role involves setting permissions for marketing channels, shaping integrations for new channels, and training the marketing team on best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Set permissions and opt-out strategy for all marketing channels (DM, EM, SMS, OB Call, emerging channels), partnering with Consumer Product and cross-functional teams on flows Shape integrations for new channels and vendors with the right standards, APIs and feedback loops—pushing for real-time data feeds on opt-outs, reach rates, dispositions and outcomes driven Create marketing channel best practices and standards definitions, including regulations, data closed loops and KPIs (e.g., e.g., call reach rate, open rate, dispositions, outcomes), and brand standards. Include SLAs for abiding by regulatory opt-out rates across all channels Train the marketing team on channel best practices to drive shared understanding and consistent application Define and capture channel-based adoption and orchestration-related MBOs and processes Manage and operationalize changes to DNC, SPAM and other key regulations such as TCPA Operationalize standards with Mercury (upon approvals from appropriate business stakeholders) Partner with Marketing Intelligence team to build, manage, socialize, and train on a refreshed campaign & journey taxonomy to enable performance tracking (attribution) for both member outcomes and new member growth Skills Experience 8-12 Years Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives through influence, managing multiple stakeholders across marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear standards, policies, and training materials for broad audiences Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear operational guidance for teams Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new channels, technologies, regulations, and operating models in a rapidly evolving marketing and compliance landscape Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists Company Overview IMCS Group is an IT, Healthcare, and Professional Staffing Company that helps Enterprises optimize the business value of their Staffing investments and enables them to achieve world-class business performance.
