The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving business growth while collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining client satisfaction and engagement Foster long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and aligning agency efforts with their success Provide strategic recommendations and manage expectations to ensure smooth collaboration Oversee the end-to-end executions of client campaigns including project timelines/schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all are executed efficiently and successfully Guide clients to achieve campaign goals and maximum ROI by providing performance data and suggestions for optimizations or new initiatives Keep agency leadership informed of the status of accounts, problems/solutions, and key meetings, pulling in SMEs as needed Motivate and lead internal teams through clear communication and direction, ensuring that all teams are aligned on both internal and client expectations Oversee, manage and approve account invoicing, ensuring alignment with campaign monthly forecasts in effort to achieve agency financial health Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or expanded scope Support new business pitches and contribute to the agency’s overall growth strategy Represent the agency at industry conferences and develop relationships with senior leadership at client and prospect organizations Leverage industry insights and client feedback to propose new marketing initiatives Skills 5+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services within an agency or marketing organization, preferably within senior living or 55+ real estate industry Deep understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization Strong ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to clients Experience managing budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking Workamajig or other robust project management software experience required Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage high-profile clients High level of interpersonal and communication skills with strong team coordination ability Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proactive and strategic thinker, with a growth-oriented mindset Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload A passion for new technology and marketing tools Benefits Inclusion in profit-sharing bonus program Company Overview Creating Results is a full-service strategic marketing, sales consulting and advertising agency that drives demand from mature consumers for lifestyle-oriented products and services, including senior living, 55+ real estate and more.
