Responsibilities Lead as primary bridge between clients, business stockholders, and engineering teams to ensure successful, on-time implementation Lead technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including assisting and reviewing detailed technical specifications, implementation roadmaps, deployment, and third-party integrations Lead out with estimations, resource allocation, and mentoring Evaluate, manage, and update team procedures and standards Ensure that solutions can be supported by tier 1 and tier 2 teams via documentation, runbooks, logging, monitoring, and tooling Create and maintain a culture and practice of fast, frequent feedback from stakeholders to ensure product fit Create and maintain a culture and practice quality and testing at all levels, with a focus on automation, defect prevention, and long-term stability Partner with product engineering and system reliability teams to define product stability and roadmap Develop and maintain implementation documentation, runbooks, and client-facing technical artifacts Use AI tools to enhance existing process, documentation and support culture of AI tool adoption Accountable for people
