They are seeking a Manager of Analytics to build data infrastructure and dashboards, analyze performance, and drive measurable results across their portfolio. Responsibilities Build and maintain the data infrastructure and dashboards across all brands, connecting data from operating systems into a unified data layer on Snowflake that gives clear visibility into the operating and financial metrics that run the business Analyze performance across brands, regions, and channels to pinpoint what is actually driving results, then translate those insights into clear actions and work with Presidents and GMs to implement and track the improvements Support underperforming brands by identifying root causes across marketing, sales, and operations, building focused action plans, and driving them through to measurable change Identify, test, and scale AI and automation across operations and analytics, defining success metrics, measuring impact, and making sure each initiative delivers real business value Establish data consistency and reliability across brands and systems, in partnership with the Data Engineer, creating the foundation for scalable, trustworthy decision-making Skills 4 to 8 years in analytics, BizOps, RevOps, or a similar function, ideally in a multi-unit, PE-backed, or high-growth environment Strong SQL skills and real fluency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Comfortable working in data warehouses and connecting data across systems Analytical rigor and business judgment Proven ability to move from data to insight to action Strong problem-solving instincts and a focus on what actually drives performance Experience working shoulder to shoulder with business leaders Ability to translate analysis into practical, implementable changes alongside Presidents and GMs Self-sufficient operator who thrives working independently Ability to set your own priorities and manage your own workload Clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex analysis Ability to build credibility with both operators and senior leadership Consulting background is welcome but not required Snowflake experience is a plus Benefits Equity in the platform with upside tied to a future transaction Medical, dental, and vision through Cigna, with three medical plans to choose from, plus HSA and FSA options that let you set aside tax-free dollars for care.
