[Remote] LATAM Marketing Specialist

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Datalogic is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to manage local marketing activities in the LATAM region. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads, support the sales organization, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Participation in the budget and marketing planning for the year including co-marketing plan development for channel partners Resource planning and budget control Development and implementation of local marketing activities according to the Corporate Guidelines and in line with local sales plans Generation of qualified end customer leads through marketing campaigns Management and success control of these campaigns using the CRM system Organization of trade fairs and events as well as on-site representation Media/Press work – touchpoint for local media, develop a media plan including SoMe activities Constant interaction with the marketing manager to ensure compliance with the corporate marketing and communication plan. They will constantly monitor the campaigns and their results and ensure budget alignment and regular ROI verification Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study Fluent in Spanish English (min. level B2) Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and team management in LATAM, ideally within a multinational company Understanding of how to drive business and marketing in the field and also with and through the channel ecosystem Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required Demonstrated experience in cooperating with sales team Creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action Motivated marketer who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible Team player Project Management (able to lead and execute a project as well as give push back to sales when necessary) Strong communicator (recognizing internal and external stakeholders to maintain status and progress of marketing activities) Structure (maintaining organization/details/Rebates&ROI) Familiarity with Ms Dynamics/Office preferred Company Overview Datalogic is a global technology leader in the Automatic Data Capture and Industrial Automation markets.
