[Remote] Intermediate Epic Healthy Planet Clinical Analyst

They are seeking an Intermediate Epic Healthy Planet Clinical Analyst to design, build, and configure Epic system modules, develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and ensure effective workflow processes in healthcare technology. Responsibilities Actively participates in project, team, departmental, and other meetings, reporting status updates, accomplishments, tasks, and barriers to the manager Designs, builds, and configures within assigned Epic system modules and supporting third-party applications Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, capturing business and technical requirements Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows related to new solutions or functionality Develops test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing, performs unit, system, and integration testing, and documents outcomes Remains current on industry trends and vendor/application/system updates, ensuring software modifications/upgrades work according to Epic specifications Follows departmental standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases, providing documentation and training on system upgrades and new releases Troubleshoots issues or system deficiencies, initiates escalation procedures, and provides recommendations for resolution Participates in multiple cross-functional projects, utilizing project planning and coordination procedures, tools, and lean methodologies Provides guidance and acts as a resource for other analysts, project managers, and consultants Provides on-call support in a 24/7 production systems environment, acting as the primary support contact for the application's end-users Performs other duties as assigned Skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products EMR application/implementation experience Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Work with minimal guidance Rapid learner Associate 3+ years of information technology, healthcare, or professional experience EPIC Healthy Planet Certification Knowledge of clinical/technical workflow Bachelor's 5+ in clinical or technical work Benefits Benefits from Day One Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Paid Time Off from Day One 403-B Retirement Plan 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave Career Development Whole Person Well-being Resources Mental Health Resources and Support Pet Benefits Company Overview At AdventHealth, Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ is our mission.
