Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Remote HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct interviews to evaluate applicants qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, scheduling, and feedback collection.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide regular updates to clients or internal teams regarding recruitment progress.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support.

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in various sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable, ATS).

  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.

  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferred.

  • Candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

  • Previous experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
