Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming patient inquiries through chat platforms, providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic support.

  • Assist patients with general healthcare information, appointment scheduling, and medication inquiries.

  • Ensure that all patient data is documented accurately and complies with privacy regulations, including HIPAA.

  • Maintain clear and detailed records of all conversations and actions taken.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure that patients needs are met efficiently.
