[Remote] Franchise Fitness Consultant

Gold's Gym is seeking a Franchise Fitness Consultant to improve the performance of franchise locations across Latin America and the United States. This role involves coaching franchise owners on operational excellence, financial performance, and member experience while delivering training and ensuring compliance with brand standards. Responsibilities Serve as the primary operational partner to Master Franchise and Direct Franchise owners across LATAM and the U.S Coach franchisees on day-to-day operations, financial performance, staffing, and member experience Build strong, trust-based relationships across culturally diverse markets Conduct regular business reviews, virtual check-ins, and annual in-person site visits Use KPI benchmarks and performance data to identify gaps and drive improvement Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions in English and Spanish for franchise owners and gym teams Lead onboarding programs for new franchisees and managers Facilitate webinars, workshops, and peer collaboration sessions Support rollout and adoption of new corporate initiatives, tools, and programs Conduct on-site operational audits and brand evaluations Ensure all locations meet Gold’s Gym standards for operations, service, and brand consistency Provide actionable recommendations to improve execution and compliance Review and interpret P&Ls, KPIs, and financial reports Coach franchisees on strategies to improve profitability and efficiency Support forecasting, staffing plans, and local business strategies Monitor market trends and competitive activity across assigned regions Share insights and performance data with internal teams and franchise partners Partner with marketing, technology, and development teams to align field execution with company initiatives Skills Fluency in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese is a plus 3–5+ years of experience in multi-unit fitness operations Proven experience analyzing P&Ls and driving business performance Experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitating group sessions Strong understanding of fitness operations, member experience, and revenue drivers Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills High level of cultural awareness and adaptability Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ across Latin America and the U.S. (including weekends and overnight travel) Experience supporting international franchise systems, especially in LATAM Background in gym operations, regional management, or multi-location leadership Familiarity with gym management systems and operational tools Passion for fitness, health, and wellness Company Overview Gold’s Gym International, is the most recognized fitness chain, as well as the leading franchisor of gyms, in the world.
