They are seeking a Director of Sales for the Electrical Division to drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and develop strategic market plans while maintaining relationships with key distributors and contractors. Responsibilities Develop and implement annual and long-range sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue, margin, and market-share targets for the Electrical Division Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of regional sales managers, territory managers, and inside sales support. Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development. Supports, coaches, and develops the sales team Identify and penetrate new market segments (commercial, residential, industrial, and OEM). Build and maintain strategic relationships with top electrical distributors, contractors, and specifying engineers Collaborate with marketing and product management to launch new products and position RectorSeal as the preferred partner in the electrical trades. Identify product needs for customers and communicate needs to product marketing Own accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
