Responsibilities Lead marketing strategy and execution Strengthen brand positioning and messaging Manage content, website, social media, email marketing, and campaigns Increase awareness and engagement across target audiences Develop and manage sales systems and processes Build and maintain healthy sales pipelines Support SaaS commercialization efforts Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies Identify new revenue opportunities Design and implement lead generation strategies Design and oversee customer management system Build referral and partnership programs Optimize conversion and customer journey processes Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics Expand organizational reach and influence Strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders Support strategic partnerships that drive growth Increase participation in programs, products, and events Skills Must legally reside in the US and all work must be completed in the US (due to federal funding requirements).
