Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Communication Answer incoming calls from agents and customers, providing timely assistance on new business applications, in‑force policy questions, claims status, product details, rate information, and service issue resolution. Process Navigation Utilize multiple administrative systems to retrieve and update information across New Business, Claims, and In‑Force Back Office processes. Documentation Excellence Capture detailed, concise notes for every interaction, ensuring compliance with internal standards and facilitating seamless handoffs. Mentorship & Training Support and coach Associate CSRs, sharing best practices and helping new hires develop the skills needed for success. Service Level Management Meet and exceed departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by handling increasingly complex transactions with urgency and precision.
