Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive

Remote Customer Service Analyst

to join our Pricing Analytics & Operations team. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity, responsible for auditing operational processes, evaluating system outputs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your insights will directly influence the efficiency of pricing strategies, enhance the quality of customer interactions, and support careerzynith’s commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

    Audit & Quality Assurance:

    Conduct comprehensive audits of pricing analytics, operational workflows, and system-generated reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

      Process Improvement:

      Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and emerging trends within processes; propose, design, and implement enhancements that streamline operations and elevate data quality.

        Metrics Management:

        Track, maintain, and report on key quality metrics for assigned processes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

          Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

          Partner with business analysts, automation engineers, technology teams, and senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with strategic objectives.
