Position Overview – Remote Customer Retention & Sales Specialist Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for turning objections into opportunities? In this fully remote role, you will serve as a Retention Specialist for careerzynith, focusing on customers who are considering canceling their service. Your primary objective is to preserve long‑term relationships by diagnosing concerns, presenting tailored solutions, and ultimately convincing customers to stay with careerzynith. You will be the frontline hero who blends empathy with strategic upselling, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied, loyal client. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers requesting cancellation, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times. Identify root causes of churn through active listening, probing questions, and data‑driven analysis. Present customized retention offers—ranging from discounted rates and billing adjustments to equipment upgrades and additional services—that align with the customer’s needs and budget.
