[Remote] Customer Account Manager

Elite Connector is partnering with a manufacturing organization seeking a Customer Account Manager to be the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, supporting business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Coordinate regular customer communications, business reviews, and program status updates Act as an internal advocate for customer needs and expectations Prepare quotations, pricing analyses, and customer proposals Support contract negotiations, including long-term supply agreements and service contracts Assist in pricing strategy development and margin analysis Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for account growth Gather and analyze customer demand forecasts to support production planning activities Identify potential risks, schedule changes, and fluctuations in customer demand Contribute to revenue forecasting, budgeting activities, and sales planning initiatives Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and program teams to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate corrective actions when challenges arise Monitor program performance and communicate progress to both customers and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate account, order, and forecast information within ERP and CRM systems Track and report key performance indicators, including delivery performance, revenue metrics, and customer scorecards Prepare summaries and presentations for leadership review Develop and maintain communication plans to ensure alignment across departments Manage customer concerns related to quality, warranty claims, delivery performance, and product nonconformances Coordinate investigations and corrective actions with internal teams Ensure timely communication and closure of customer requests and issues Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, account management, or customer-facing roles within a manufacturing environment Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and transactional business processes Strong experience developing customer proposals, quotations, and pricing packages Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience supporting aerospace or defense manufacturing programs Knowledge of estimating, costing methodologies, and profit margin analysis Familiarity with production planning and supply chain operations Company Overview We offer permanent placement of candidates across diverse industries, such as manufacturing, property management, and construction ranging from upper executive to lower-management positions, Engineers, and Technicians.
