[Remote] Contribution Trade Operations Associate

The Contribution Trade Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations by ensuring accurate payroll processing, troubleshooting integration issues, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes. Responsibilities Ensure that all data is reviewed for accuracy and discrepancies are identified and escalated, contributing to accurate and compliant customer accounts Achieve consistent, timely processing of contributions, meeting deadlines and ensuring customers’ contributions are correctly applied without delays Proactively identify discrepancies and correct errors, ensuring high-quality, consistent data for reporting and operational purposes Support a smooth flow of information between teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and contribute ideas to streamline workflows, improving overall operational efficiency Gain proficiency in the company's operational processes, becoming a trusted point of contact for day-to-day support and offering insights on how to enhance these processes Assist in the successful completion of key projects by contributing to tasks on time, supporting project leads, and ensuring high standards of quality in project deliverables This position's duties and assignments are subject to modification based on organizational needs Skills Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Strong aptitude for working with numbers Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Basic problem-solving abilities Interest in research and learning Willingness to identify and suggest process improvements 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping Bachelor's Degree Basic reconciliation skills Benefits A great 401(k) plan Our own!
