Our collector will be assisting customers with past due debt and coming up with solutions Therefore, helping improve their financial well-being. Orion Capital Solutions is looking for debt collectors who have top-notch communication skills and who don't mind spending much of their day speaking on the phone. You must always be the right balance of assertive and professional. You must be able to work in a compliant environment and adhere to all state and federal laws. WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED COLLECTORS. MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK, HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND BE A STRONG NEGOTIATOR. Responsibilities Contact debtors to arrange payment of their outstanding balances Comply with all state, federal, and consumer protection laws Set up payment plans or determine settlements for debtors who are unable to pay in full Document all communications and actions Send correspondence to debtors regarding delinquent accounts Provide daily/weekly updates to management Skip Trace Dial anywhere between 150-200 calls per day Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Strong customer service skills Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications Job Type Full-time Pay $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours 38 per week Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work from home Experience Debt Collection 1 year (Required) Work Location Remote Apply Job!
