Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Executives. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products, services, orders, and complaints.

  • Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve processes and customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong command of English and Tamil (spoken and written); knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.

  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask between systems and tools.

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or a call center environment.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role with flexible shift options, including rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night).

  • 6 days working with 1 weekly off (rotational).
