The Buyer, Paid Search role focuses on developing and implementing SEM strategies, managing digital media campaigns, and collaborating with account and analytics teams to optimize client performance. Responsibilities Assist with the development and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to meet client objectives Hands-on experience in the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google & Microsoft Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and other third-party management platforms Execute a variety of media tactics, such as Google PMAX & Demand Gen, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping campaigns Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret overall search performance metrics and trends Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in written form, demonstrating strong presentation skills Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team to enhance overall team performance Skills 1.5 - 4+ years experience in paid search. Digital ad agency experience Hands-on Keyboard' experience in search management platforms Supervise the everyday performance of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns Manage monthly and daily spend activity on your assigned clients (Six Figure Monthly Budgets Preferred – Minimum) Plan, coordinate, and administer numerous presentations for your managed accounts Lead regular status update calls with clients to ensure optimal performance Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting & analysis strategy Communicate key performance trends to your account lead and clients Conduct keyword research to drive new areas of growth for your clients Create effective ad copy to produce optimal click through and conversion rates Work closely with display and digital marketing teams on development and execution of integrated marketing plans Ability to establish relationships with vendors (Google & MSN representatives) Strong organizational skills and ability to balance tight deadlines and challenges Benefits Flexibility to work in hybrid manner with in-office and work from home options (depending on role).
