[Remote] Business Operations Analyst

The role involves supporting operational processes, conducting data analysis, and facilitating communication across various teams to drive business effectiveness and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted operational partner to leadership, helping manage priorities, track initiatives, and drive execution across multiple workstreams Create and maintain trackers for operational issues, escalations, action items, risks, and improvement opportunities Monitor progress against key initiatives and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time Facilitate communication across operations, inventory management, field teams, and leadership groups Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, and ownership from leadership and operational meetings Coordinate cross-functional activities and escalate blockers when necessary Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems including MoveMedical, ERP platforms, Excel-based trackers, and internal reporting tools Identify gaps between systems, investigate data discrepancies, and help drive issue resolution Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Excel and Power BI Analyze transactional inventory data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Perform ad hoc analysis to support operational decision-making and leadership requests Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting sources Support centralized inventory and logistics operations by providing visibility into inventory movements, transactions, utilization trends, and operational performance Monitor incoming requests and coordinate communication with field personnel and operational teams Assist in documenting and standardizing operational processes, reporting templates, and best practices Provide data-driven recommendations to improve inventory management, network efficiency, and operational effectiveness Support budgeting, expense tracking, and operational reporting as needed Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, supply chain, project coordination, or operational support Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation, and reporting Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to connect information across multiple systems and data sources Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and taking ownership without extensive direction Demonstrated ability to think critically, ask questions, identify issues, and drive action Benefits A comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision) Disability and group term life insurance Health and flexible spending accounts A utilization bonus 401(k) with match Flexible time off for salaried employees Parental leave for salaried employees Flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) Company Overview Turnberry Solutions is a business and technology consulting and implementation firm that believes brilliant strategy only matters when paired with excellent execution.
