Remote Admissions Officer - ECPI University (Louisville, KY)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Remote Admissions Officer to join our team at ECPI University. As a critical member of the admissions team, the Remote Admissions Officer will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, answering inquiries, and ensuring they have the necessary support to make informed decisions about their academic future. The position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while playing an essential role in student recruitment and enrollment at ECPI University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.

  • Provide detailed information about ECPI Universitys programs, admissions criteria, and financial aid options to prospective students.

  • Review and evaluate applications, ensuring that all required documents are submitted and meet university standards.

  • Conduct follow-up communications with prospective students to ensure they stay on track to meet deadlines for application submission and enrollment.

  • Assist students in completing required forms and documentation, such as financial aid applications, student registration, and placement assessments.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and high schools, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the admissions process.

  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for students from the admissions stage to enrollment.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the universitys database and CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed enrollment targets and contribute to the overall success of the admissions team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Proven experience in higher education admissions or a related customer service role.
