Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Admin Support/Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This position is ideal for individuals based in Malaysia who are self-motivated, organized, and looking to contribute to a progressive, tech-driven company from the comfort of their home. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our administrative operations and data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain data accurately in internal databases and systems

  • Organize and manage digital files and records

  • Assist in generating and formatting reports and documentation as required

  • Perform regular audits to ensure data quality and consistency

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments

  • Respond to emails and internal requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations

  • Collaborate with team members and follow company workflows and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Experience

Working Hours

  • Core availability required between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MYT)
