They are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying, building, and nurturing new customer relationships while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your territory to achieve revenue targets and expand our mid-market customer base Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points and tailor solutions accordingly Work closely with the Business Development Representative to find and develop new opportunities Leverage Contentstack Partners to discover and run co-sell opportunities Qualify and drive opportunities using MEDDPICC Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes Work closely with sales-engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals that address customers’ needs Stay ahead on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Utilize insights to position Contentstack as a solution provider that offers unique value Monitor and analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data to assess progress and make data-driven decisions Keep Salesforce CRM up to date and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, strategies, and market insights Skills 3-5 years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales in a New Business role SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a fast-paced/high-growth business is required Demonstrable experience in strategic selling strategy, relationship and organization mapping, etc Experience leveraging Business Development Representatives Proven ability to generate pipeline Consistent track record of exceeding quota (top 10% of your company) in past positions Demonstrated an upwards trajectory of performance Sales Methodology training and strong customer references preferred Experienced in account analysis methodologies such as MEDDPICC preferred A bachelor's or university degree preferred but not required Experience with the content management industry is a big plus MACH tech stack experience is also a big plus You enjoy occasional travel You value a fun, positive, and collaborative culture!
