Responsibilities Source and build your own pipeline of financial advisors through outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, phone, industry events) Leverage the existing relationships and pipelines AdvisorFinder has built to expand them Run discovery calls to uncover pain points — you ask before you pitch Deliver compelling demos and proposals tailored to each advisor's growth goals Manage deals from first touch through close and handoff to onboarding Directly influence go-to-market strategy by collaborating with leadership on new approaches and revenue opportunities Feed market intel back to leadership — objections, competitive signals, pricing reactions Skills 2–8 years of full sales cycle experience in an SDR or AE role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Comfortable with an inside sales motion - cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Track record of hitting or exceeding quota Strong discovery skills - you ask before you pitch Familiarity with the financial advisor / wealth management landscape is a strong plus HubSpot or comparable CRM experience Comfortable in an early-stage environment where you help build the playbook, not just follow one Company Overview AdvisorFinder is a digital platform that connects individuals, couples, and business owners with financial advisors tailored to their goals.
