Responsibilities Own individual revenue targets and contribute to pod revenue goals Develop strategies to retain and grow top-tier partnerships, driving strategic long-term partnerships and success Lead executive-level client relationships as the primary point of contact, facilitating strategic conversations, managing key touchpoints, and building consultative trust through clear communication and consistent follow-through Strategize against deadlines and navigate evolving priorities, modeling resilience for the broader team Oversee client health by monitoring satisfaction, addressing risks early, and surfacing opportunities to expand relationships Ensure the successful execution of partner deliverables such as campaign performance, one-off requests, and analytics requests Collaborate closely with your sales counterpart to identify optimization opportunities, drive upsells, and expand Fetch’s share of partner budgets using data and trend analysis Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and brands, campaign set up, and coordination of materials, so partnerships launch smoothly and expectations are met from the start. Utilize AI-enabled platforms to ensure precision and efficiency Oversee inputs for campaign setup and programming, using standardized workflows and templates to ensure accuracy and minimize errors Partner with internal teams to track, organize, troubleshoot, and optimize client performance, leveraging AI tools to proactively detect trends or performance risks Serve as a key internal leader in developing and mentoring new team members. Support AI skill development and AI process adoption across the team Ensure clients have access to timely reporting to guide budget allocation, leveraging dashboards to improve transparency and decision-making Independently provide partners with access to the data and reporting needed to optimize budget allocation and increase spend, using AI-generated dashboards and insights to surface key opportunities Translate data and performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations for clients Independently deliver client presentations and reviews, including QBRs, using AI to translate complex data into clear insights with visual narratives that drive strategic action Oversee revenue actualizations and billing processes, ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant Utilize sales-enablement, AI, automation tools and demonstrate a growth mindset toward adopting new technologies and workflows to increase efficiency Play an active role in hiring and shaping Fetch’s partner manager team culture and structure Demonstrate Fetch's values with a growth mindset, especially toward new tools and AI-assisted workflows Skills 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales support, or a related field Direct industry experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data Experience driving revenue through renewals, upsells, and client growth conversations Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Expert in analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to clients or internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes Familiarity with AI tools (ex.
