Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

  • Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source candidates.

  • Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ability to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
