Quality Control Analyst - Manufacturing Sector

Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the high level of excellence in our production processes, ensuring that products are delivered to customers with the highest quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular quality inspections and audits of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

  • Develop and implement test procedures and protocols for various products, systems, and processes.

  • Monitor production activities to detect any deviations from set quality standards and recommend corrective actions.

  • Analyze data and provide reports on product quality, trends, and potential improvements to senior management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of quality control checks, inspections, and test results.

  • Ensure that all products are compliant with legal and industry standards, and meet customer specifications.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) plans.

  • Assist in the training and development of other staff members regarding quality control procedures and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in quality control within the manufacturing sector.

  • Knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO, Six Sigma, or other quality frameworks.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with quality control tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), and root cause analysis.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data analysis tools.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control within the manufacturing sector, with exposure to various production lines.

  • Experience with process optimization and problem-solving techniques.

  • Previous experience working with production teams to implement quality assurance measures and corrective actions is highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

  • Flexible working hours with some occasional overtime required to meet production deadlines.
