Progressive Technology is seeking a talented and dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for manufacturing operations.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with established standards.

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and proactively recommend corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless product quality from design through production.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures, standards, and specifications.

  • Review and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring all materials meet quality standards.

  • Provide training and guidance to manufacturing teams on quality standards and techniques.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international quality standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a quality control/quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing).

  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, Minitab, Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related engineering role in a manufacturing setting.

  • Experience with quality audits, inspections, and statistical analysis techniques.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Previous experience in a similar industry or technology-driven company is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for occasional overtime based on project needs.
