About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused individual to support the implementation and coordination of a national-level innovation and ecosystem development programme involving startups, investors, corporates, government agencies, strategic partners, and international stakeholders. The PMO role will be responsible for overseeing programme coordination, timeline tracking, stakeholder communications, reporting, operational execution, event coordination, and overall implementation support to ensure smooth delivery of programme objectives and activities.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly responsive, capable of handling multiple stakeholders, and able to work in a fast-paced ecosystem environment.

Programme Coordination & Implementation

  • Coordinate and manage overall programme implementation timelines and deliverables
  • Track progress across workstreams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure programme milestones, action items, and deadlines are properly monitored and executed
  • Support the setup and coordination of programme governance structures and meetings
  • Maintain programme documentation, trackers, schedules, and implementation records
Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Coordinate communications with ecosystem partners, startups, corporates, investors, and sponsors
  • Arrange meetings, follow-ups, briefing sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up reports
  • Support relationship management and coordination across local and international stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, programme management, events, startup ecosystem, innovation programmes, or stakeholder management
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects is an added advantage
  • Experience working with government agencies, corporates, startups, or ecosystem programmes is preferred

Remuneration This position is structured as a project-based engagement and may not be suitable for candidates seeking a conventional monthly salaried employment arrangement.

Remuneration will be provided based on project scope, deliverables, level of involvement, and execution responsibilities throughout the programme duration. The engagement structure may include project fees, milestone-based payments, or agreed professional remuneration aligned with the scope of work and contribution to programme implementation.
