Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you will partner with product teams to provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and help translate business questions into measurable analysis. Responsibilities Support the tracking and analysis of key product metrics, user funnels, and behaviors to evaluate performance Assist in translating business questions into structured analytical tasks, with guidance from product managers and senior team members Support the execution and analysis of A/B tests and experiments using established tools and methodologies Develop and maintain dashboards and reports based on defined requirements Identify basic trends and patterns in data and contribute to broader team analyses Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support product initiatives, following established frameworks and guidance Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience 1-3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases Understanding of key product metrics, user funnels, and performance drivers Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor insights to your audience Proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, or automation Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) Experience using AI tools for exploratory data analysis and automation Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans with coverage starting on day one of employment Maternity support programs, nursing benefits, and up to 14 weeks paid leave for birth parents and up to 4 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents.
