Principal Analyst/ Project Manager

<b>What You Can Expect</b><br/><br/>Zimmer Biomet is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This role will report to the Associate Director of Analytics & AI and will be responsible for driving strategic and operational projects across the Analytics, Procurement Compliance, and Procurement Systems groups within the CoE. The successful candidate will leave initiatives that deliver measureable savings through optimization of SAP Ariba workflows and the global deployment of procurement best practices, while enabling continuous improvement and enhancing collaboration tools used across multiple functions.<br/><br/><b>How You'll Create Impact</b><br/><br/><strong>Project Leadership:</strong><br/><ul><li>Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of initiatives within the Procurement CoE.</li><li>Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. </li></ul><br/><strong>Savings & Best Practice Enablement: </strong><br/><ul><li>Drive projects that deliver cost savings through improved SAP Ariba workflows and global implementation of standardized procurement best practices. </li><li>Partner with regional and global teams to ensure consistent adoptions and scalability of solutions. </li></ul><br/><strong>Analytics & Systems Optimization:</strong><br/><ul><li>Lead initiatives related to the enablement and continuous imrpovement of SAP Ariba Direct and Indirect modules. </li><li>Coordinate enhancements to internally developed analytics and collaboration tools supporting Procurement and cross-functional teams. </li><li>Drive opportunities for automation and digital transformation within procurement systems.</li></ul><br/><strong>Stakeholder Engagement/ Change Management: </strong><br/><ul><li>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other functions to ensure successful deployment and adoption of tools and processes. </li><li>Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders. </li><li>Lead the Organisational change management and training activities related to the project CoE team is engaged in. </li><li>Partner with Procurement leadership - drive OCM initiatives to increase stakeholder engagement with other functions enabling saving execution and savings pipeline fulfilment. </li></ul><br/><strong>This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all the essential functions of the position.
