Execution, Program Oversight & Cross-Workstream Integration</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Provide leadership and oversight across Records Management and Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) workstreams to ensure coordinated, consistent, and effective execution.</span></li> <li><span>Oversee execution of Records Management and PRA activities to ensure alignment with Government priorities, timelines, and compliance requirements </span></li> <li><span>Coordinate dependencies, priorities, and workload across both workstreams to prevent conflicts and execution gaps </span></li> <li><span>Ensure integration of activities, deliverables, and reporting across Records Management and PRA functions </span></li> <li><span>Maintain visibility into overall program performance, workload, and execution status </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Risk, Issue & Dependency Management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Lead identification, tracking, and escalation of risks and issues impacting program execution.</span></li> <li><span>Identify cross-cutting risks, issues, and constraints affecting Records Management and PRA activities </span></li> <li><span>Maintain a consolidated risk and issue log across workstreams, ensuring visibility and accountability </span></li> <li><span>Coordinate mitigation strategies and escalate critical risks to Government leadership with recommended courses of action  </span></li> <li><span>Monitor dependencies and proactively address potential impacts to timelines, compliance, and deliverables </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Program-Level Reporting & Executive Communication</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Provide consolidated reporting and executive-level visibility into program activities.</span></li> <li><span>Develop and deliver integrated status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings covering Records Management and PRA performance </span></li> <li><span>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and traceability across all reporting artifacts </span></li> <li><span>Provide leadership with a clear, single view of program status, risks, milestones, and priorities </span></li> <li><span>Support preparation of briefing materials, talking points, and decision support documentation </span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Government Interface</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership for program-level coordination and oversight.</span></li> <li><span>Engage with OIS leadership, program offices, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency across activities </span></li> <li><span>Facilitate program-level meetings, working groups, and coordination sessions </span></li> <li><span>Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and issues to Government stakeholders </span></li> <li><span>Maintain strong working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders </span></li>
