You have a proven record of revenue generation and content sales, a genuine passion for podcasts, and a gift for communicating their value to clients and partners. Most importantly, your work will shape the way the world experiences audio.<br /> <br /> What You'll Do<br /> <br /> • Work with Spotify Studios content teams to create unique and compelling integrated sponsorship opportunities for clients. You will spend time with our podcast hosts to understand their passion points, what brands they love and how to create more revenue opportunities within their content.<br /> • Create strategic, GTM plans for new shows and ideate on how advertisers can partner with us at launch.<br /> • Lead client and agency presentations showcasing how our integrated ideas come to life.<br /> • Partner closely with the Spotify frontline sales team to tailor ideas for specific verticals and clients.<br /> • Partner internally with sales support, marketing and Spotify Studios teams to ensure our ideas are operationalized.<br /> • Focus on brand sell, educating and inspiring our clients to leverage Spotify podcast content to enhance their business goals and outcomes.<br /> • Meet and exceed revenue expectations attached to specific podcasts.<br /> • Attend weekly and monthly NA Sales Meetings to showcase ideas that will help create enthusiasm with clients.<br /> • Represent Spotify at specific events and serve as a brand ambassador.<br /> • Manage activity using salesforce.com and other internal systems.<br /> <br /> Who You Are<br /> <br /> • You have a Bachelor's degree.<br /> • You have 5+ years of experience in a media agency/online sales role; podcast, and/or content sales preferred.<br /> • You are passionate about podcasts and have a deep understanding of our hosts and slate of shows.<br /> • You have knowledge of online and offline media and have the ability to be creative with audio and digital client solutions.<br /> • You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively and close the deal.<br /> • You have the ability to build a pipeline and a proven track record of exceeding goals.<br /> • You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.<br /> • You are a team player, smart, adapt well with change and have a positive attitude.<br /> • You are able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and across external and internal teams to deliver creative, fresh campaigns.<br /> <br /> Where You'll Be<br /> <br /> • This position will be based in New York City.<br /> • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.<br /> <br /> The United States base range for this position is $96,583 - $137,975, plus equity, plus bonus or commission. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
