Responsibilities Serves as the main global point of contact for engines within their assigned technology domain Established knowledge of platform functional environments and required key systems and tools – for Associate, Customer, and Vendor – Stage, Beta, Production - Jira and Confluence Execute strategic plans for growth of domains and new functionality development efforts globally Cross-functional collaboration with various internal and Global teams – Platform Enablement, Platform Success, Platform Growth, Platform Business Operations, Domain/Product, Engineering, etc Develop complex business requirements documentation through collaboration with Global and Regional business teams, and work with other members of the Capabilities team to align priority initiatives and execute tasks to achieve common Global platform goals Coordinate and provide demonstrations of new functionality prior to UAT Prepare highlight, lowlight, spotlight updates for leadership Skills Four-year college degree and 0-2 years functional experience Established knowledge of platform functional environments and required key systems and tools – for Associate, Customer, and Vendor – Stage, Beta, Production - Jira and Confluence Experience with digital platforms, and solid operational knowledge of how to execute processes on the platform Quickly grasp basic understanding of the different Ingram Micro Xvantage™ platform experiences (Associates, Vendor, Customer, Integration) and how they work together Proficient verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms to large and small audiences Proficient levels of tools Jira, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot must be highly organized and skilled in process execution Experience managing projects with proven record of success and execution High level of critical and abstract thinking, with the ability to clearly and concisely present persuasive arguments Ability to work as a team member, partner effectively with others, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Benefits Merit increases Annual bonus or sales incentives Long-term incentives Healthcare benefits Paid time off Parental leave A 401(k) plan and company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Basic life insurance Wellbeing benefits Company Overview Ingram Micro is a provider of technology products and supply chain management services.
