Pharmacy Technician - US Remote

Responsibilities: (All Levels)

Accurately input and update prescription and patient data within pharmacy systems

Support medication inventory management and digital record keeping

Assist with administrative duties such as verifying insurance information, responding to patient inquiries, and scheduling

Manage digital documentation, including scanning, filing, and organizing pharmacy records

Perform basic data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy

Collaborate with team members remotely to support pharmacy operations

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and pharmacy information

 

Qualifications: (No Experience Required)

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn pharmacy management software

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively

For Experienced Candidates:

Develop and optimize workflows for pharmacy data management

Perform detailed data analysis and generate reports

Mentor and train new team members remotely

Coordinate communication across departments and pharmacy teams

Support implementation of remote work best practices and tools

 

Entry-Level: 2+ Years Relevant Experience

2+ years of experience in remote pharmacy support or administrative roles

Proficiency in pharmacy software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant tools (CRM, inventory systems)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability

Ability to work independently and manage remote projects effectively
