Performance Marketing Specialist - Marketing Agency

Margle Media is a fast-moving digital agency focused on creativity and performance-driven campaigns. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid social and search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce and a willingness to learn about omnichannel media. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day campaign execution across paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) Launch campaigns, refine audiences, adjust budgets, and optimize based on performance trends Monitor pacing, KPIs, and account health across multiple client accounts Test new features, placements, bid strategies, and creative formats to keep improving results Manage ecommerce tracking, conversion events, catalog quality, and pixel/feed troubleshooting across Shopify, and coordinate Klaviyo integrations to align paid media and email retargeting Pull weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations, and keep dashboards accurate for every client Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager, Director of Digital, and creative team on strategy, creative testing, and client communication Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and platform-native features like Meta Advantage+ and Google’s AI-powered bidding) for ad copy, creative briefing, reporting, audience research, and trend analysis Stay current on emerging AI features and proactively bring them to client accounts to work smarter and faster Build exposure to Programmatic Display (DV360, The Trade Desk), Connected TV and Streaming Audio, DOOH, and Retail Media Networks (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo), with structured learning and senior-team support built in Skills 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid social and paid search buying Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo (required) Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, CPAC) Comfort using AI tools in a professional workflow.
