Part Time Payroll Systems Analyst (ADP Vantage)

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our payroll practice. We are seeking a part-time Payroll Systems Consultant to provide support during a transition period. This consultant will learn the company's existing payroll system and processes to ensure continuity and be prepared to train a new full-time employee once hired. The consultant will also assist with payroll-related project work and serve as backup support during the transition.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and document current payroll system configuration and business processes
  • Support project work related to payroll systems and process improvements
  • Assist with knowledge transfer and training for a future full-time employee
  • Provide backup support for payroll operations and related activities

Required Qualification(s):
  • ADP Vantage experience required, including Vantage Time
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of November 3, 2025 with an initial duration through May 1, 2026, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Part time, approximately 5 hours per week

Working Hours: Flexible US time zones
